Code
We don’t do business as usual. From clients to collaborators, every partnership starts with a mutual commitment to our 10 principles for change-led cooperation.
1. Pick a Fight
Nothing changes without a challenge. No mission, no movement. No problem, no solution. Burn the brief, ditch the script, and start with “why?” Pick a fight—or fall for nothing.
2. Cross the Line(s)
Innovation doesn’t grow in isolation—it ignites in the cross fire. Smash the silos, bridge the gaps, and blur the boundaries. Cross the lines, or trace them to the end.
3. Burn Your Boats
Traditions are deathtraps. You can’t build the future chained to the past. Torch your ties, kill your customs, and change what works while it works. If it doesn’t push you, it’ll pull you under.
4. Trade Fire
Conjugation creates nothing but ugly babies. Creativity is collision—and diversity is the driver. Chase friction. Trade fire. And learn out loud. If everyone agrees, that’s what’s wrong.
5. Fear Easy
Reward requires risks. Fear just means you’re onto something. Burn the map, run the risk, and face the fire. If you’re not scared, that’s when you should be.
6. Shed Your Armor
Trust isn’t given. It’s earned in the trenches. Say what you mean. Do what you say. Repeat. If you’re in the fight, you’re on the frontlines. If not, you’re just in the way.
7. Fail First
The last to learn is the first to lose. Test, trip, tweak and repeat—or lose to those who beat you to the first failure. The only true failure is thinking you can’t.
8. Pool Power
Cooperation isn’t a contest—it’s a contract. Give what you got, get what you need. Pool your power, and split the spoils. A lone win is nothing but a shared loss.
9. Do Less, Good
Good is the enemy of great—unless it does more good. Drop the gestures. Make it matter. Move the needle. A little good where it’s greatly needed beats all the great where it does no good.
10. Burn Your Boats (Again)
Change is a constant—not a conquest. Past wins are no guarantee for future victory. Kill your darlings. Torch your trophies. Adapt or die. Burn your boats, or go down with them.
11. Break The Rules
We promised ten. Here’s eleven.
